tune in, bumblebee
sprung spring, spring sprung! I know it because my shoes are muddy and I have a headcold. There's like four or five days out of the year that have that particular tense and tactile season-turning-magic, and this was one of them. I adore these songs- they're all growers- and its featuring arthur russell, the king of all growers. the last song is dedicated to my dear craze-y nat-thing-ger who is a young lady about to go on a grandventure (and introduced me to the venerable q lazzarus).
I'm revving up to put together a super-deluxe mix next time in honor of it being number eleven and all. The theme is (duh) adventure and improvisation.
